How to create an account at bitcapital

I've typed an email on https://bitcapital.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/20/user/login?destination=portal%2F20%2Fgroup%2F151 but it says "We couldn't give you access. Use another email and try again."
I tried 3 email's but none of them worked.
