What finally pushed your podiatry clinic to rethink how billing was handled?

It did not occur to me how much time the small claim issues were consuming until we got back and took a closer look. During the daily visits and charting, collaboration with podiatry billing companies indicated the frequency of delays caused by minor coding specifications. When we started noticing patterns and not individual problems, we started to improve. The office was less responsive and more authoritative. Wondered what other people did, which in fact alleviated the stress of billing in podiatry practices.
