This feature is available for clients running on the core version 2.0.4 and above.
When using the Visa Card Provider you can check the phase in which the card is currently in to help control where the card is. You can retrieve this information using the card details endpoint.
We currently have these possible values:
Embossing file is waiting to be sent.
The embossing file is inconsistent for some reason (invalid CEP, empty name, or something like that).
The card was printed and sent to the courier company to be delivered to the card holder.
Card was unlocked by the card holder
Used when the issuer asks to remove a card before it is issued.
Recalled by the request
The card was lost during the delivery process.
Any other unmapped state, in this cases we recommend opening a ticket in our help desk for more informations.
