2.3. Claims or Revindication

According to change of ownership or creation of new accounts by users in different PSPs, the following situations can occur:

1. The key has changed (telephone number or e-mail) has undergone an ownership update, and the old owner was attached to DICT using that key.
   *** At this scenario, a possession claim must be created;

2. An user wants to perform a portability process of its key, changing the PSP.
   ***In this scenario, a key portability must be created.

In both scenarios a PSP figure will exist that will provide the key (PSP Donator), and the PSP will receive the key (PSP Claimant).
