It’s the Instant Payments System, an infrastructure centralized and destined to settlement of Instant Payments only, completely distinct from the other systems that settle others transactions (SPB).
The system that does gross settlement in real time (LBTR), that is, processes and settles transaction per transaction. Once settled, transitions made via PI Account are irrevocable.
